governing board

The PH&C governing board is composed of equal numbers of employer and employee representatives from employer association Koninklijk Horeca Nederland and trade unions FNV Horecabond and CNV Bedrijvenbond respectively.

The governing board is responsible for:

• directing Fund administration and financial management

• defining strategic policy
• monitoring compliance with policy
• implementing pension schemes
• amending articles of association and regulations.

Permanently enhancing the professional quality of the board’s work is a key objective within PH&C. Board members regularly attend one-day training seminars organised by the Fund.
